What these worksheets are
Educational self-help material written by a practising psychotherapist. They are a place to think something through in your own time, at your own pace.
They are not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not crisis support. If you would like to go further on a subject, each one also has a recorded counselling session, and most have an eBook and an audiobook. Those are separate and paid. The worksheets stay free either way.
